Produced from Primitivo grape, handpicked in the first decade of September.

Alcoholic fermentation at temperatures that did not exceed 25°C (77°F), then quick aging in stainless steel tank before bottling. Alcohol content 14% vol.

Ruby red color with violet reflexes. Pleasant tones of berries and plums embrace notes of black pepper and cocoa, violet and humus, undergrowth and warm stone. Dry, fresh and spicy, it has a medium to full body, juicy tannins and a fruity finish. Good persistence.

Lasagna with meat sauce, beef stew with mushrooms. Serve at 16-18°C (57-61°F).
