These conditions of sale govern the purchase and sale of products marketed by PRODUTTORI VINI MANDURIA SCA through the website b2b.consvini.it. All product purchase contracts concluded between the seller and the Customer through the b2b.consvini.it site, according to the procedures indicated therein, will be governed by these conditions of sale in accordance with Italian law and in particular with Legislative Decree no. . 70/2003 relating to electronic commerce and Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 "cd. Consumer Code ”with particular reference to the rules on distance contracts.

Any changes or new conditions of sale will be promptly reported to the Customer and will be effective from the time of publication on the site and will be applied only to sales completed after their entry into force (by publication on the site).

Acceptance of the terms of sale

The contract stipulated between PRODUTTORI VINI MANDURIA SCA and the Customer must be considered completed with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by PRODUTTORI VINI MANDURIA SCA. Acceptance is to be considered tacitly without prejudice to the express communication to the customer in any manner to the contact details provided during the purchase procedure. By placing the order, the Customer declares to have read the general conditions of sale listed below and to have understood, shared and accepted them.

Methods of purchase

The Customer can only purchase the products on the b2b.consvini.it site at the time of placing the order as described in the relevant descriptive and information sheets.

The illustrative images referring to the individual products are provided to the Customer to facilitate the recognition of the same. In case of variation of the same due to changes in the packaging by the manufacturer, the photos may not exactly match the external appearance of the delivered product.

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by PRODUTTORI VINI MANDURIA SCA by sending an e-mail delivered to the e-mail address provided by the Customer during the purchase procedure. This message will contain the date and time of receipt of the order and an "order number" that the customer must keep by him and which must be used in any further communication.

Prices of the products showed on this shop are to be understood as prices to the public and therefore inclusive of VAT.

PRODUTTORI VINI MANDURIA SCA reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to change prices by promptly updating the website.

In the event that the price is published incorrectly on the site, PRODUTTORI VINI MANDURIA SCA reserves the right to renounce the sale.

Is there a minimum quantity to order?

No, it is possible to order any quantity regardless of the type of packaging of the products.

How can i pay?

You can choose between the following payment methods:

  1. Cash on delivery (i.e. upon delivery of products), to be issued to the courier, in cash (this method involves a charge of € 7.30 in addition to shipping costs for amounts up to € 300.00 including VAT);

  2. Bank transfer in advance to be made before shipment to the account indicated in the cost estimate, specifying the order number in the reason for payment

  3. PayPal

  4. Credit or prepaid card

What are the shipping times?

On average 10 working days from the shipment of products except for the month of August and the periods preceding that of Easter and the Christmas holidays (during which delivery is guaranteed for orders validated by December 1st and deliveries are suspended from December 24 to January 6).

For orders with payment by cash on delivery, the shipment is made the day following acceptance.

In the case of an advance bank transfer, the shipment will take place the working day following the date of crediting the same to our account.

What does the shipping service include?

Delivery is made to the house number indicated on the ground floor. There is no delivery service on the upper floors.

In addition, upon payment and prior request at the time of the order, the following services are possible:

  1. tail lift;

  2. delivery to the floors;

  3. porterage.

What happens if no one is present at the delivery?

The courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery the next business day.

What should I do at the time of delivery?

You will need to check:

  • that the packages are intact, not damaged or wet and in any case conform to the standard characteristics of a package;

  • that the number of packages (parcels) indicated on the transport document is equal to the number of those actually delivered.

What happens in case of disputes?

Any disputes must be raised immediately to the carrier; failing these the product is considered to have been delivered correctly.

If upon delivery of products there is evident damage to the packaging, a written reservation must be made by writing "NOT COMPLIANT FOR BREAKAGE" with date and signature on the delivery note, in addition to rejecting the damaged products. In case of shortages, damages, losses and other problems, the recipient must complain to the courier and inform our shipping office.

When will I receive the invoice?

It will be sent by post / email in pdf format in the first days of the month following the month of shipment of products. It must be kept together with the delivery note that is delivered at the time of unloading.
